Near the shores of Lake Geneva, comfortable detached house offering a great view on the largest lake in the Alps. 2km Lake, city of Evian in 8 minutes by car. In winter: skiing at 10km (Thollon-les-Mémises).

Terraces: East, West, and North (lake view) with garden furniture and barbecue. Internet wifi. Sheets are provided and beds made on arrival. Possibility of renting the towels. Private courtyard with parking on-site. Small shops at 800 m. Shores of Lake Geneva at 2km (restaurants, walks, beaches). City of Evian (thermes, casino) 3,5km (8 minutes drive). Border Switzerland and town of Thonon-les-Bains 15km. In winter: family ski resort of Thollon-Les-Mémises 10km.
