The first floor consists of a kitchen 'American' fully equipped with a TV, a large living room with a flat screen and fireplace, a sofa bed for an extra bed, a bathroom with toilet and a dressing room.
Under the roof, the large bedroom has a large bed (160 cm), an open bathroom and separate WC. Note, access to the floor is via an unsecured sculptural staircase.
