Gîte of 40m2 on the 1st floor of a chalet comprising another gîte (adjoining), as well as the owners' accommodation (on the ground floor). Ambiance and warm interior decoration, modern mountain chalet style. Common entrance for the 2 apartments: fitted kitchen open to living room, bedroom 1 (2 beds 90x190cm), bedroom 2 (bed 140x190cm), bathroom with shower and toilet. Small south facing balcony facing Mont-Blanc with a table and 2 chairs. Wi-Fi internet. Ski locker. Vast enclosed grounds around the property. Sheets are included, and beds made on arrival. Private parking. Center of Chamonix at 1.5km. Free shuttle at 50m, and train station at 500m (free access with the guest card from Servoz to Vallorcine).
