L’hysope

75m² gîte located on the first floor (with ground-level access possible) of a beautiful renovated chalet-style farmhouse, also including the owners' accommodation (on the upper floor).
The gîte has its own independent entrance. It is arranged on a single level and is composed as follows:
- Fitted kitchen opening onto the living/dining area (dining area, lounge with sofa and TV).
- Bedroom 1 (1 king-size bed).
- Bedroom 2 (2 single beds).
- Bedroom 3 (1 king-size bed).
- Shower room (walk-in shower).
- Separate toilet.
- Laundry/utility room.

Bed linens are included (beds made upon arrival). Wi-Fi.
South-facing balcony and private west-facing terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, awning, and electric grill.
Secure, private ski and bike storage (maximum 2 bikes).
Parking at the foot of the chalet. Unloading and parking is possible in front of the cottage, allowing level access.
Electric vehicle charging is available a 3-minute walk from the cottage.

Small local shops and a restaurant are a 5-minute walk away (300m).
Vallée du Fayet cable car is 4.5km away (less than 10 minutes by car): a connection to the center of Saint-Gervais and the ski area (Saint-Gervais/Megève). Paid shuttles are 300m away.
Le Fayet Thermal Baths are 5km away.
Plaine-Joux family resort is 10km away (20 minutes by car): downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, and numerous hikes to enjoy all year round.
Passy Leisure Center is 3.5 km away (6 minutes by car): summer swimming, treetop adventure park, go-karting, fishing, and more.
Chamonix-Mont-Blanc is 20 minutes away by car (20 km). Megève is 15 km away (approximately 25 minutes).
