Opposite Les Dômes de Miage (mountain), gîte (73 sq. m., separate entry) in old farmhouse comprising 2 other gîtes et owners' home. Fitted kitchen opening onto living room/lounge, 3 bedrooms (beds: 3 double, 2 single bunk), bathroom, shower room, 2 WCs. Bed et household linen supplied. Beds made on arrival. Large wooden deck, (garden furniture), BBQ, 2 parking places. 10% reduction for stays of 3 weeks. Winter: 120km of ski slopes, cross-country skiing, ice rink, snow-shoeing. Summer: hiking/riding on the doorstep, leisure centre (tennis, lake, climbing, etc.) 1.5km. Spa at Saint-Gervais 15km. Departure point for 'Tour du Mont Blanc'. Can be rented together with gîte 85034 and/or 85037.

In summer: hiking on site, leisure center 1.5km away (tennis, lake, climbing...). Saint-Gervais thermal baths 15km away. Departure for the trail for the Tour du Mont Blanc.
