Gîte of 32m2 on the 1st floor of an old renovated farmhouse, also including 2 owner accommodation, as well as an apartment occupied all year round. Entrance shared only with the owner (access to the gite by internal staircase): integrated kitchen open to living room (sofa-bed offering extra bed 140x190cm, TV), bedroom (1 bed 160x200cm), bathroom (shower), separate wc. Sheets are included. WiFi internet. Air conditioner. West balcony facing the mountains, with table and chairs. Private parking in the courtyard. Center of Sallanches at 4,5km, commercial area at 3km. Ski 12km in winter (Combloux resort, or Cordon family resort). Megève / Saint-Gervais ski area 14km away. In summer: swimming in the Ilettes lake at 3km from the cottage (possibility of fishing). Arpenaz waterfall at 3km. Thermes de Saint-Gervais at 13km. Chamonix, Megève 30 minutes by car, Annecy 55 minutes. Many hikes nearby or in the Passy nature reserve. Cycle lane at 2km.
