Fitted kitchen opening onto living room (sofa bed, DVD), separate alcove (2 single bunks), shower room, WC. Electric heating. Washing machine et tumble-drier shared with owners. Terrace, garden furniture, garden, children's games. Hiking/riding tracks et cross-country ski trails on the doorstep. Downhill skiing at Espace Diamant or Evasion Mont-Blanc 2km. Integrated kitchen open to living room (sofa bed 140). Bedroom (1 bed 140cm), shower room/wc. Electric heating. Washing machine and dryer in common with the owner. Sheets provided and beds made on arrival. Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, ground and children's games. Hikes and cross-country skiing from the gîte. Espace Diamant or Évasion Mont-Blanc downhill skiing 2 km away. Free shuttle at 400 m. Shops and all activities 2 km away, aquatic center, indoor swimming pool, ice rink, tree climbing, summer tobogganing, spa, paragliding...
New: from June 2023, 500 meters from the cottage, a swimming lake, water fun course with floating games, tree climbing and zip line, paddle rental. A footbridge above the Arly will allow you to reach the Belles leisure center on foot (tennis, petanque, children's area, etc.).
