Nestled on the edge of the forest, this chalet features two identical cottages for up to 4 people, all on the same level (ground floor access via 3 steps from the parking lot). The chalet also includes the owners' accommodation upstairs and another rental on the lower level.
Shared entrance for both cottages.

The 'Torrent' cottage has a surface area of 30m² with:
Fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room (dining table, convertible sofa bed for 2 people, television), access to the balcony.
Bedroom with 1 bed (140x190cm).
Bathroom: vanity sink, shower, heated towel rail, toilet.
Wi-Fi. Washing machine. Sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are optional upon request.
Balcony with garden furniture and deckchairs. Shared barbecue. Private parking on site in the courtyard. Bicycle storage.
Shared courtyard and garden. The Ugine River runs along the property below.
1 pet allowed free of charge (€100 deposit required upon arrival).
