In the picturesque village of Bernex, in the heart of the Chablais region, two identical cottages for up to 4 people are located on the same level on the ground floor (accessed via 3 steps from the parking lot) of a chalet that also includes the owners' accommodation upstairs and another rental property on the lower level.

The "Mémises" cottage has a surface area of 30m² with:
Fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room (dining table, convertible sofa bed for 2 people, television), access to the balcony.
Bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190cm).
Bathroom: vanity sink, shower, heated towel rail, toilet.
Wi-Fi. Washing machine. Sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are optional upon request.
Balcony with garden furniture and deckchairs. Shared barbecue. Private parking on site in the courtyard. Bicycle storage.
Shared courtyard and garden. The Ugine River runs along the property below.
