Beekeeper installed since 2019 in the town of Viuz-en-Sallaz, Amélie leads 200 beehives located exclusively in Haute-Savoie to produce 100% Haut-Savoyard honey.

Some of these beehives are transhumed during the summer in the mountain pastures at an altitude of 1200m. The different honeys collected are put in a jar at the honey house where you can also discover other beehive products such as: candles, herbs, spread, lip balm, beer...
