- 300 meters from the first pedestrian trail
- 200 meters from the first bus stop
- 200 meters from grocery stores

The tenant has the use of a ski locker and a terrace equipped with garden furniture and a removable wooden access ramp.

Kitchenette in the living room. 2 electric rings. Oven and microwave. Heated blender. Refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher.
