Apartment located on the 3rd floor of Les Pralyssimes residence, residence with elevator:

- 300 meters from the first cross-country ski trail
- 300 meters from the first pedestrian trail
- 200 meters from the first bus stop
- 200 meters from grocery stores

The tenant has the use of a ski locker.
A car parking space is available nearby.

Kitchenette in living room. 2-burner ceramic hob, grill oven, microwave. Fridge with freezer compartment.
