House comprising 2 gîtes et owner's home at heart of Les Aravis, with panoramic views of surrounding mountains. 1st floor gîte (64 sq. m.+ 15 sq.m attic): separate kitchen, living room (80cm stowaway sofa bed, TV, DVD), 3 bedrooms (beds: 2 double, 2 single, 1 cot), bathroom (washing machine), WC. Central heating. Balcony, garden with terrace (children's games). Parking, ski locker et baby equipment available. For hire: bed et household linen. House located above the access route to Les Aravis ski resorts. Bus (not free) 100m. Ski resorts: La Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand 6km. Lac d'Annecy 18km,. Supermarket 1km, Thônes (many events et sporting activities) 5km.
