In the mountainous Vallée d'Abondance, gîte (44m2, separate entry) on 2nd level of owners' flower-decked house. Kitchen area open on the living room (double sofabed), bedroom 1 (double bed), bedroom 2 (double bed), bathroom, WC. Central heating. Balcony, courtyard, garden. Utility area in gîte entrance. House near a busy departmental road. Village centre et ski area 300m linked to Châtel et Les Portes du Soleil ski area. In summer: hiking/riding, mountain lakes. Lake Geneva, Thonon et Evian (spa towns) 33km.

In the heart of the Abondance valley, in a mountain setting, 53m2 gite on the 2nd level of the owners' house with flowers (independent access). Kitchen area open to living room, Bedroom 1 (1 140cm bed), Bedroom 2 (1 140cm bed), bathroom, separate wc. Central heating. Balcony, courtyard, land. Technical room at the entrance of the gîte. House located near the road leading to Châtel resort. Village center and ski area 300 m. Connection with Châtel and the Portes du Soleil ski area. In summer, many hikes, mountain lakes.
