Independent chalet of 48m2 (+ attic) arranged on 2 levels. Atmosphere and warm decoration typically Savoyard. On the ground floor: kitchen open to living room (sofa, TV, wood stove), bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), bathroom (shower) with toilet. Upstairs: bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm), mezzanine with 1 extra bed 90cm. Sheets are provided. Terrace with forest table, barbecue and deckchairs. In summer, parking space in front of the cottage or under shelter below. In winter, park on the edge of the road at 20m. Village center of Combloux, shops, water biotope (swimming in summer) 3km. Ski area Megève / Saint-Gervais (gondola Princess or Bettex) 4km, ski area Combloux 6km. City of Sallanches 7km, Thermes de Saint-Gervais 8km. Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 30 minutes by car. Snow equipment needed in winter.
