Very nice interior layout for this individual luxury chalet on 2 levels, in a small mountain hamlet located near Les Carroz d'Arraches. Quality interior design and decoration. South exposure. On the ground floor (access by external steps from the car park): fitted kitchen open to living room and lounge area (TV, sofa, pellet stove), bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm), shower room (shower 'Italian) with wc. Upstairs: bedroom 2 (2 80x200cm beds that can be combined on request into a 160cm bed), bedroom 3 (1 140x190cm bed), separate wc. For your comfort, sheets and towels are included (beds made on arrival). Wi-Fi internet. South terrace with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs and plancha. Outdoor relaxation lounge area on the East side. On-site parking with shelter for 2 vehicles. Small garden chalet serving as storage and storage space (skis, bicycles). Grand-Massif ski area 8km away (Les Carroz d'Araches): 265km of connected runs including the resorts of Les Carroz, Morillon, Samoëns, Flaine, and Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval.
