Apartment on 1st floor of Les Mouflons I residence, residence with elevator:

- 100 meters from the first ski lift
- 100 meters from the first downhill ski slope
- 100 meters from the first cross-country ski trail
- 100 meters from the first pedestrian trail
- 150 meters from the first bus stop
- 50 meters from food shops

Completely refurbished (completion December 2021).

The apartment comprises a small entrance hall, a shower room and an independent toilet, a beautiful living room with a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining area and the lounge (sofa bed for 2 people).
There are two independent, enclosed sleeping areas: one with 1 bunk bed (80x190) and the other with a double bed (140x190). And a sunny balcony in the morning. Storage space in every room.

Private covered parking space and ski locker. Beds made up and cleaning products supplied.

Access to the residence's relaxation areas (lounge, library, ping pong, etc.).

Electric central heating.

The residence is ideally located: all-level downhill ski slopes and cross-country ski trails start on site.

The bakery, mini-market, laundromat, as well as numerous equipment rental stores, restaurants and the market every Thursday afternoon are at the foot of the residence.
