Totally renovated, single level gîte (40 sq. m.) in house, also comprising owners' home and another gîte, facing the Dômes de Miage and just 900m from the Montjoie cable car. Fitted kitchen, living room (TV, double sofa bed) with dining area, bedroom (double bed), shower room (walk-in shower, towel drier), WC. Wooden deck with mountain views (deckchairs, BBQ, garden furniture). Shared fenced garden, courtyard, snow clearing service provided. Oil-fired heating. Free shuttle (in season) 30m away. Skiing 1km, leisure centre 1.5km. St-Gervais (spa) 9km. Chamonix 33km. Many hiking/riding tracks nearby (including the Tour du Mont-Blanc long distance path). 10% discount for 3 week stay.
