Individual chalet of 64m2 (+ attics) arranged on 2 levels. On the ground floor: kitchen open to living room (sofa, TV, wood stove), pantry, bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), bathroom (bath) with toilet. On the 1rst floor: vast mezzanine with 2 beds 90x190cm. Sheets are provided. Garden, terrace with forest table, barbecue and deckchairs. In summer, parking space next to the cottage or under cover (private). In winter, parking on the edge of the road at 50m. Combloux village center, shops, water biotope (swimming in summer) 3 km. Ski area Megève / Saint-Gervais (gondola Princess or Bettex) 4km, ski area Combloux 6km. City of Sallanches 7km, Thermes de Saint-Gervais 8 km. Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 30 minutes by car. Snow equipment needed in winter.
