This new chalet is ideally located at the top of the typical Savoyard hamlet of Avonnex, on the outskirts of Taninges.
South-facing, it has a superb, unobstructed view over the Giffre valley, the Aravis mountain range, Le Buet and the Aiguille Verte.

Ideal location for ski resorts (Le Praz de Lys 10 min, Les Gets 10 min, and Morillon-Samoens 15 min).

On the first floor there's a large living room with double exposure, a kitchen, a bedroom, an entrance hall with ski storage and a bathroom (with bathtub).

Upstairs are 4 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.

The accommodation sleeps 8 (4 single beds, a king-size bed 180/200 and a standard double bed 140/190), on a surface area of 100m2.

Private parking is available.

Linen is not provided.
