Nice atmosphere for this gîte (44m²) on the ground floor of a large house including another gîte (ref. 104024) and 2 owner's accommodation. Great atmosphere. The 2 lodgings are located in the heart of the owners' family campsite (Le Taillefer - 32 pitches). Independent entrance. Entrance hall with cupboard, fitted kitchen open to the living room, access to the private terrace. 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200cm), passage / hallway with 2 bunk beds 90x190cm (separated by curtain), bathroom (walk-in shower). 1 independent toilet with washbasin. Sheets and towels for hire, end of stay cleaning optional. Wifi internet access. Private terrace facing North and East in front of the apartment with garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol, plancha. View of the surrounding mountains. 1 private parking space. Shared in the campsite: washing machine and dryer (tokens available), small children's play area, table tennis. Fresh breads and croissants made to order in summer. Giouvert all year round, camping only from May to September. Leisure and activities nearby: Lake Annecy, first beach 1.5km away, quick and easy access to the cycle path 500m away, Annecy 14km away, Golf de Giez 7km away.
