Garden level: fitted kitchen, living room (sofa) with balcony-terrace, shower room, separate wc. On the 1st floor: balcony with outside staircase, bedroom 1 (1 bed 140), bedroom 2 with sloping ceilings (height: mini 110cm / maxi 180cm, 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90). Electric floor heating. Ski room, garden furniture, barbecue. Activities: downhill skiing sector "Balme-Le Fernuy" 600m, Nordic skiing "Les Confins" 2km, footpath "le Var" a few meters away. Shuttles at 100m. Animal accepted after AGREEMENT of the owner.
