Cozy and bright gîte furnished in a warm style typical of a real mountain chalet.
Calm and authentic environment. Skiing 3km away in winter (Grand-Massif ski area). Shuttle/skibus stop 150 meters away.

In the heart of the hamlet of Vallon d'en Haut - Independent gîte of 48m2 on the 1st floor of a chalet-style house also including the owners' garage on the ground floor. Access to the gîte by external staircase.
Integrated kitchen open to living room (TV, sofa), bedroom (1 bed 140x190cm), bathroom with shower and toilet.
South-facing balcony-terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs. Wifi internet. Sheets provided (bed made upon arrival), and bathroom linen are included. Parking on the property. Shuttle stop in winter and summer 130m away. Ski room and possibility of bike storage.
Accessible land around the gîte with garden furniture in summer. Grand Massif Express cable car 3.2 km away. Center of Samoëns (shops, ice rink, botanical garden) 2.5km.
Many hikes nearby or in the Fer-A-Cheval nature reserve 10km away. Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 1 hour by car.
