Les Couadzous is a large, warm and modern chalet ideally located in the heart of the historic center of Samoëns. Shops, bars, restaurants and activities are literally a stone's throw from the chalet.
Your kitchen/living/dining area is on the 1st floor:
The main living space is vast and spacious, offering a warm and friendly atmosphere. You can all gather in the living room or dining room and enjoy the central fireplace with closed hearth.
The kitchen opens onto the dining room and living room, and is fully equipped to prepare meals for your family or group. The amount of crockery is also adapted to the size of your group. The living room features a large sofa to gather for aperitifs, games or TV.
Wellness area :
Les Couadzous offers a private wellness area, including a 6-seater sauna as well as a 6-seater Jacuzzi and a relaxation area to unwind after a day of mountain activities.
Rooms:
Each room is equipped with: 90 x 200 beds that can be converted into king-size or twin beds, private bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin, individual 82 cm SMART TV, storage space and desk area.
Floor 1: The 2 bedrooms (17 m²) on floor 1 are accessible and suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Floor 2: Attic rooms under the roof.
Rooms 3 and 4 (28 m²): quadruple. It comprises 2 volumes, the main volume with a king-size bed and the under-slope volume with 2 single beds (king possible). It also has a balcony.
Bedroom 5: 18 m² double room.
Bedroom 6: 21 m² triple with king-size bed and rapido sofa bed (1 adult or 2 young children).
An additional bathroom with bathtub is available on level 2.
For toddlers, 2 cots are available.
Other rooms and facilities
On the first floor you'll find a ski locker and boot dryer.
On the second floor is a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
The chalet also has a small terrace and two long balconies on floors 1 and 2, offering views of the surrounding area.
The chalet has a closed garage with electric sectional door, for one car or your bikes/motorbikes and various equipment.
A private overhead parking area is available 50 m away (access may not be possible in snow conditions).
Numerous free public parking lots are available a short distance away.

Bathroom linen is provided, and beds are made before your arrival. End-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) is free.
