The gîte has its own private entrance. Living room (TV, wood stove, sofa-bed for extra bed 140x190cm), fitted kitchen, bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm, 1 bed 90x190cm), bedroom 3 (2 bunks beds 90x190cm, extra bed 90cm). Two independent bathrooms: bathroom with corner bath and buderie corner, bathroom with shower and toilet, separate wc. Private terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. Small enclosed garden.
Parking in front of the house. Local storage Ski/bike. Possibility to rent sheets. Internet wifi. Ski at Morillon 3.5km (Grand Massif ski area).
In summer: base of leisure of the blue lake with 3km: bathing, ponies, accrobranche etc .... Many hikes nearby in all seasons. Nature Reserve of Fer-A-Cheval at 19km. Chamonix 50 minutes by car.
