Detached chalet (215m² + 8m² attic) on 3 levels, in a hamlet between the village center and the Col de la Croix Fry. The neighboring chalet is also available for rent (Guimauve - ref. 160059).
A magnificent central staircase connects the different levels.
The bedrooms are equipped with two 90x200cm beds, which can be combined to form a 180cm double bed. All bedrooms have a private bathroom and TV. Garden level: kitchen open to the dining room and living room (corner bench, TV, wood-burning stove, relaxation area with sofa bed, game console), terrace with hot tub and garden. Laundry room (washing machine and dryer), separate toilet.
Ground floor: Bedrooms 1, 2, 3, and 4, each with two twin 90x200cm beds, and a shower room. 2 separate toilets. Balcony. Entrance through a large hall/ski room, ping-pong table.
Upstairs: Foosball table. Bedrooms 5 and 6, each with two twin 90x200cm beds and one 90x200cm bed, shower room and toilet. Balcony.
Bed linens, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning included. Wi-Fi.
South-facing terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, and a plancha grill. Magnificent mountain views. Small garden. 6-person outdoor hot tub. Pétanque court shared by both chalets. Private parking on site. Electric car charging is available (additional charge).
Manigod village center (bakery, bar, tourist office, post office) is 3.5 km away. Ski shuttle stop (access to the Col de la Croix Fry) is 700 m away. All shops and services, and a bus station are located in Thones (10 km away).
Skiing at the Col de La Croix Fry-Merdassier (connected to the La Clusaz ski area) is 4.5 km away. La Clusaz is 12 km away, Le Grand-Bornand is 17 km away. Lake Annecy and beaches are 24 km away, and Annecy is 30 km away. Numerous summer and winter hikes are available in the Aravis mountains.
