Les Clefs des Cimes is, first of all, a magnificent gîte set up in an old restored alpine farm! It also offers an exceptional panorama of the mountains, tranquility surrounded by nature, a terrace facing the Tournette, a wellness area with sauna and Scandinavian spa. Inside, the exposed beams, the atmosphere mixing wood and contemporary, the wood stove with its stone wall make it a gîte full of charm! Maximum capacity of 9 people with supplement.
Gîte of 120m² (+ 20m² with sloping ceilings) on 3 levels in an old alpine farmhouse, tastefully restored, also including the owners' house in joint ownership. Independent entrance.
Ground floor: large entrance hall with electric shoe dryer, bathroom (double sink, bathtub, washing machine), separate toilet, sauna area (+ walk-in shower).
1st floor: beautiful living room with fitted kitchen open to the living room (wood stove with wood supplied, 108cm television) access to south balcony and to the large wooden terrace on the same level - magnificent mountain view (Tournette). Bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 2 (2 bunk beds 90x200cm and 1 bed 140x200cm), bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet.
2nd floor: mezzanine with games and 1 90x190cm bed, bedroom 3 (2 twin 90x200cm beds).
Quality outdoor spaces with private Scandinavian balcony, terrace and SPA. Land, garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue. Private parking including 2 covered spaces Sheets / bed linen and towels provided. Wifi internet access.
Snow equipment compulsory in winter. Departure from the gîte for many walks and hikes (Tournette for example). Skiing in the Aravis: Manigod linked to La Clusaz 12km, Grand-Bornand 16km. Thônes (all shops) 5km. Lake Annecy 19km, Annecy 25km.
Reservations for festive events not accepted (evenings, EVG / JF ...).
