Great calm for this small chalet at the end of a forest road near the owners' house. Mountain atmosphere and privileged decor.

Facing the Mont-Blanc range, in a privileged setting. Martine and Bruno have refurbished an independent chalet (50m2) in an isolated site, conducive to rest, next to the owners' house. On the ground floor: Kitchen, living room (wood stove), shower room/WC. Upstairs: large bedroom with 2 sleeping areas (1 160 cm bed and 2 90 cm beds + 1 trundle bed). Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, land. Access to the cottage by forest path (low car abstain!). Bruno is a high mountain guide. Donkey ride. Lodging LPO. For any stay with an animal, payment for the end-of-stay cleaning option will be requested. Possibility to rent bed linen. Megeve at 10km, Chamonix at 23km. Ski resort of Saint-Gervais or Combloux at 7km. Fayet/Saint-Gervais thermal baths 6km away. ATTENTION: IN WINTER PARKING AT 1KM. Reduction for 3 weeks -10%.
