300 M from the ski area of Argentière, in the heart of a quiet hamlet, Gîte de 70 m 2 arranged on 2 levels on the 1st floor of a farmhouse renovated (1786) including the owners housing (ground floor), and another gite. On the 1St floor, kitchen open to living room and dining area, room 1 (2 beds 90 twin), bathroom, WC, and laundry. 1/2 Level, room 2 (1 bed 90), on the 2nd, room 3 (attic) 2 twin beds 90. Walled garden with furniture, balcony. Central heating. Skiing at 100 m (Argentière), Grands Montets at 300 m. Centre of Chamonix at 8km. Many walks departing from the cottage. Possibilty to rent bed linen. 3 weeks-10%.

In 1/2 level, Bedroom 2 with sloping ceilings (1 bed 90), on the 2nd floor, Bedroom 3 (attic) (1 bed 160 or 2x80 twin). Enclosed garden with furniture, balcony. Sheets provided, beds made on arrival.
