Gîte with independent access fitted out on the ground floor of a chalet located between the village center (Combloux) and the ski areas of Combloux and Megève.
Quiet environment - beautiful view of the surrounding mountains: Mont-Blanc massif, Fiz.

Gîte (32m2) on the ground floor of a chalet including another cottage (adjoining), and the owner' home (upstairs). Each has its own private entrance. Independent entrance on one level (access by small flat path of 10 meters). Integrated kitchen open to living room (convertible type sofa rapido offering a comfortable extra bed 140x190cm, TV).
Independent toilet, bathroom with shower, giving access to the bedroom (2 beds 80x200cm twin 160cm). Ledraps are provided. Internet wifi.
Private wood terrace with table forest, deckchairs and electric barbecue. Stay 3 weeks -10%. Combloux center town at 2km (shops, entertainment). Combloux ski area 1.8km, Megeve/St-Gervais 2.1km (gondola Princess). In summer, bathing at Combloux biotope natural lake at 2km.
Megève (Sports Palace, swimming pool) at 4km, Sallanches at 7km, Thermes de Saint-Gervais at 13km. Chamonix at 31km.
