Apartment 70m² (+ 16m² attic) on the 2nd floor of a large chalet with 4 other apartments. Independent entrance.
Small entrance hall, beautiful living room with kitchen open to the living room (dining table, washing machine, TV, convertible corner sofa type rapido with 140 bed), bay window giving access to the south-facing balcony. Bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 2 (2 bunk beds 90x190, balcony access), bathroom (shower), separate wc.
Above the living room, mansar mezzanine with 1 bed 160x200cm.
Sheets and towels are provided, optional end-of-stay cleaning. WiFi internet.
South-facing balcony garden furniture, deckchairs, plancha. Beautiful mountain view.
Private parking in front of the chalet. Plug for recharging electric cars.
Village center of Saint-Jean-de-Sixt (shops, bakery, fruit and vegetables, restaurants, services) less than 3 minutes on foot. Ski shuttle stop to reach the resorts of La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand 200m from the chalet. La Clusaz and Land-Bornand at 3km, Thônes 8km.
Lake Annecy and beaches at 21km, Annecy 28km. Hikes from the chalet and nearby in the Aravis Valley.
