Magnificent view of the surrounding mountains for this warm gîte, furnished in a very beautiful mountain chalet style in the Pays du Mont-Blanc.
Calm and preserved environment.
Skiing 1.5 km away in winter.
Combloux village center, shops, summer swimming less than 5 minutes by car.
Working farm on site (dairy cows).
Maximum capacity: 4 people.

46m2 gîte on the 1st floor of a large working farm also including another gîte, as well as the owners' accommodation.
The cottage has its own private entrance (access via an external staircase).
Entrance from the terrace: fitted kitchen open to the living area (TV, rapido convertible sofa offering a comfortable extra bed 140x190cm), pantry/laundry room, bedroom (1 bed 160x200cm), bathroom with shower and toilet.
Sheets and towels are included (bed made on arrival). Wifi internet.
Large private room for your skis or bikes. Free parking in the farmyard.
Large private terrace facing the Alpine peaks (Mont-Blanc, Fiz), with garden furniture, electric plancha and deckchairs.
The owners who are farmers will be delighted to share their work with you (on-site farm with Abondance dairy cows).
The cows are present in the Autumn/Winter period, and are in the mountain pastures the rest of the year.
Combloux village center less than 5 minutes by car (1.8km): shops, restaurants, and biotope lake (summer swimming facing Mont-Blanc + wellness area).
Saint-Gervais thermal baths 11km away. Megève 7km (10 minutes by car): casino, golf, swimming pool, ice rink...
For skiing in winter: access to the Combloux ski area 1.5 km away via the Bouchet ski lift (connection with the Jaillet/Megève area).
Main car park for the Combloux ski area (Cruy Cuchet) 3.5 km away.
Princess cable car at 3.8km (Megève/Saint-Gervais ski area).
Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 30km (40 minutes by car). Annecy and Lac Léan approximately 1 hour away.
Numerous hikes to practice in the all-season area.
Bring snow equipment in winter for your vehicle.
