Magnificent 180° panoramic view of the Mont-Blanc massif for this luxury gîte fitted out in a very beautiful chalet style, with quality materials.
Calm and preserved environment. Skiing 1.5km in winter. Farm in operation on site (dairy cows). Maximum capacity: 15 people

In the land of Mont-Blanc: 150m2 gite converted into a duplex on the 1st and 2nd floor of a large chalet-type working farm also including the owners' accommodation.
Calm and rural environment. Each room has a view of Mont-Blanc, and a private bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
Private entrance to the gite via an outside staircase (farm side).
1st floor: ski room, laundry room, bedroom 1 (2 twin beds 90x200cm, 2 bunk beds 90x200cm, TV), bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm, TV), bedroom 3 (1 bed 160x200cm, TV), bedroom 4 (1 bed 160x200cm , TV + mezzanine with access by steep staircase: 2 bunk beds 90x200cm + 2 extra beds 90cm).
2nd floor: living room with integrated kitchen area open to dining area and lounge area (wood stove, TV, sofa).
Balcony on the 2nd floor facing Mont-Blanc with 2 small tables. Wi-Fi internet. Floor heating (electric).
Sheets are included (beds made on arrival). Parking below the farm.
The owners who are farmers will be delighted to share their work with you (farm on site with dairy cows of the Abondance breed).
The cows are present in the Autumn/Winter period, and are in the pastures the rest of the year.
Activities: Skiing in Combloux 1.5km from the Bouchet ski lift (link with the Jaillet/Megève ski area). Combloux ski area 3.5km away (Cry Cuchet). Princess gondola at 3.8km (Megève/Saint-Gervais ski area).
Village center of Combloux 1.8km away: shops, and biotope lake (summer swimming facing Mont-Blanc + wellness area). Megève 7km away: casino, golf course, swimming pool, ice rink...
Saint-Gervais thermal baths 11km away. Chamonix-Mont-Blanc at 30km (40 minutes by car). Annecy at 1 a.m. Many hikes to practice on the sector all seasons.
Provide snow equipment in winter.
