Ideal location, in the heart of the village of Thones between Lake Annecy and the Aravis resorts (La Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand, Manigod) for this gîte (68m²) on the ground floor of the owners' house. Independent entrance. Entrance hall, fitted kitchen open to living room (convertible sofa 160x190) with access to terrace and garden, bedroom (1 bed 180 x 200cm which can be separated into 2 beds 90, TV, garden access), Shower room (Italian shower) , Separate WC, pantry. Sheets and towels are provided, bed made on arrival. Central heating. Garden furniture, private parking on the property. Town center (all shops) 200m on foot, Summer swimming pool in Thônes. Skiing: Aravis La Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand, Manigod resorts 12km away. Lake Annecy, beaches 14km, Annecy 20km. Many walks, hikes, via ferrata nearby. Reduction for stay 3 weeks -10%.
