Lodging in a magnificent chalet located in a quiet area of Praz-Sur-Arly, only 500m from the ski slopes in winter. Center of Megève 8 minutes by car, Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 50 minutes.

Gîte (26m2) laid out on one level on the ground floor of the owners' chalet. Private entrance: fitted kitchen area open to living room (sofa, TV), bedroom (1 bed 140x190cm), bathroom with shower and WC. Wi-Fi Internet. Ski locker. Linens provided. Possibility to rent towels. Private terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol and barbecue. Parking in the courtyard in front of the gîte. Praz-Sur-Arly village center and shops 800m. In winter, Praz-Sur-Arly ski area (diamond area) 500m away. Possibility of leaving 'ski in ski out' below the gite. Nordic ski area on site. Center of Megève and Palais des Sports (swimming pool, ice rink, etc.) 5.5 km away. In summer: Praz-Sur-Arly swimming lake at 600m Many hikes nearby. Stay 3 weeks -10%.
