In an enclosed village made up of light accommodation, gite completely renovated in 2022 with a beautiful bright living room and a neat private outdoor area. Ideal for family holidays in the immediate vicinity of Lake Geneva and its beach activities, restaurants... Quiet area, near the Redon river and beach/port of Séchex.

A few steps from Lake Geneva, independent gite for 4 people of 75m² on the same level. Entrance into fitted kitchen open to the living room (large island with high chairs, dining table, access to bedrooms and shower rooms). Living room separated by a small library accessible with 5 steps (sofa, armchair, TV coffee table), French window giving access to the terrace. Bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm, wardrobes on each side of the bed, sliding door, window to living room). Bedroom 2 (2 twin beds 90x200cm, wardrobe, sliding door). Large bathroom (walk-in shower, basin, washer-dryer), small separate toilet. Private terrace and garden with garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol, plancha, barbecue, ping-pong table. Sheets and towels provided, end of stay cleaning included. Wi-Fi Internet (40 GB) Parking on the top of the property, access to the house by outside staircase. Additional parking possible outside the village (shared). Lake Geneva, beach 300 m (Redon beach), many restaurants nearby. Séchex lakeside station 1 km away. Supermarket and shopping area with all shops 4 km away. Thonon-les-Bains, thermal baths 8 km, Evian-les-Bains 19 km. Yvoire, medieval town 10 km, Geneva 30 km. Skiing: Habère-Poche 23km, Bernex 26km, Abondance Valley / Portes du Soleil 35km.
