Independent entrance. On the 1st level, large living room with open fitted kitchen including a table for 10 people, living room with large corner sofa and connected TV, reading area with pellet stove. Bedroom 1 with 180x200 cm bed, private shower room. Separate toilets.
On the 2nd level, bedroom 2 with 180x200 cm bed, private shower room and separate WC. Bedroom 3 with 2 twin beds 90x200, bedroom 4 with 1 bed 180 x200 cm and 2 bunk beds 90x200. Bathroom with bath and shower. Separate toilets.
Open wardrobe, connected TV in each bedroom. Small play area for children, laundry cupboard with washer-dryer.
Private terrace access from the living room with garden furniture, plancha. Adjoining land with private outdoor swimming pool heated from April to All Saints' Day. Deckchairs, trampoline.
Parking shared with the second gite (private spaces) in the courtyard in front of the gite. Independent access to the gite by a spiral staircase from the parking area.
Bed linen provided, beds made on arrival. Bathroom linen provided, end of stay cleaning included. 10% reduction from 3 weeks.
