The cottage is located at 400m of Saint-Gervais center village. It offers a very beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and the Aravis range.
Independent entrance via a few external steps from the car park: fitted kitchen with table and chairs (open fireplace), separate living room (sofas, Tv). Bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm, private bathroom with shower), bedroom 2 (2 bunk beds 90x190cm, convertible sofa bed), bedroom 3 (1 bed 160x200cm), bathroom (shower), 2 separate toilets.
Private garden with garden furniture, parasol and plancha. Wifi access.
For your convenience, end-of-stay cleaning is included. Possibility to rent sheets and towels.
Storage room (skis, bikes) on the ground floor with Sauna (access to the room from outside or inside the gîte). Parking on site.
Saint-Gervais center, restaurants, shops, Tourist Office : 10 minutes walk (400m). Saint-Gervais thermal bath (Le Fayet) at 5km.
Bettex gondola 1.5 km (Saint-Gervais / Megeve ski area). Mont-Blanc tramway station 1.3km away: cogwheel train giving access to the Bellevue plateau (access to many all-season hikes).
The Mont-Blanc tram also gives you access to the Saint-Gervais / Les Houches (Prarion) ski area.
Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 30 minutes by car. Car equipment recommended in winter.
