To taste absolutely, Sweetbreads with hazelnuts or the Pot au Feu de Grandmère. The chef, inspired by the south of France, also loves to prepare fish dishes. The desserts are however his favourite playground with the Teddy bears’ chocolate cream or the Apple lollypop crystallized with Carambar.
