A restaurant on the village square that could be described as having a “Mountain bouchon* spirit (*little restaurant typical of the Lyonnaise region), with a warm and convivial ambiance, and which could so easily become a habit!
Just like at home, or nearly, the opportunity to savour lovely little dishes simmering on the stove and Savoyard specialities. To taste absolutely, Sweetbreads with hazelnuts or the Pot au Feu de Grandmère. The chef, inspired by the south of France, also loves to prepare fish dishes. The desserts are however his favourite playground with the Teddy bears’ chocolate cream or the Apple lollypop crystallized with Carambar.
The fifty-fifty truffle fondue, a must, will still be available this winter for everyone’s delight! And in the wine cellar, some great wines, that won’t necessarily break the bank.
Open every day during the season, you are advised to book (online booking possible).
