Duplex apartment (30m2) on the 1st and 2nd floor of the owners chalet. Separate entrance located at the back of the house. Access to the gîte via an internal staircase. 1st floor: fitted kitchen area open to living room (Tv, bench), bathroom (shower), separate wc. Wifi access. 2 sleeping areas at the 2nd floor (upstair): sleeping area / bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), sleeping area / bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x190cm). The 2 bedrooms are very sloping ceilings (low ceiling height greater than 1.80m). Private terrace accessible from the living room with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs and electric barbecue. Private parking space in front of the gîte entrance. Possibility to rent sheets and towels. On site: Montjoie cable car, ski slope (Lay return trail), hiking and snowshoeing trails. Cross-country skiing at 900m. Village center and shops 800m (15 minutes walk). Pontet leisure center 1.5km away: summer swimming, horse riding, tennis, adventure trail, escde rock. Saint-Gervais swimming pool and ice rink at 5km. Saint-Gervais thermal baths 10km away. Megeve 30 minutes by car, Chamonix 40 minutes.
