At the heart of the Valley of abundance - cottage cozy and warm laid out in a typical Savoyard atmosphere.
Family ski resort at 2, 5km. Area of the Portes du Soleil to 5km.
Lake Geneva, Evian, Thonon-Les-Bains 30-35 minutes.

Gite of 36m2 furnished ground floor on the ground floor of the cottage owners. Entry commune by the garage part: entry hall, living room (seat, Tv, Shepherd) open kitchen.
1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190cm), Room 2 (small blind) with 1 bed 90x190cm, bathroom with shower and wc.
Terrace gravel with furniture, parasol, barbecue. On-site parking. Internet wifi. Sheets are provided. In winter: ski in abundance to 2.5 km, 3 km Crêt Beni (7 minutes), at the gates of the Sun at 5 km (La Chapelle), Châtel 9 km. Easy access in winter because the cottage is located 60m away from the road leading to the stations.
Many walks nearby in the summer. stay 3 weeks-10%.
