In the face of the Mont Blanc - Panorama of exception for this individual chalet nestled at 1200 m above sea level on the hills of Saint-Gervais-les-Bains.
In winter: ski slopes of Bettex (St-Gervais/Megeve) at 1, 5km. Many hikes in the summer nearby.

Independent Chalet of 75m2 (duplex). Entry at level 1 by outside staircase. 1st: fitted kitchen open to living room (sofa, Tv, fireplace), bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), shower room, wc, storage room.
Floor: Bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm), bedroom 3 (2 beds 90x190cm). Beautiful South terrace facing Mont-Blanc with furniture, store, electric barbecue.
Land around the cottage, Parking on-site. Wifi access (box internet-Tv).
Sheets, towels are provided and beds made at the arrival. Ski: Bettex at 1.5 km (connected to Megeve ski area).
Center village, shops at 7km. Thermal baths of Saint-Gervais/Le Fayet 12 km. Chamonix: 40 minutes by car. by car: predict equipment snow in winter. Reduction 10% for 3 consecutive weeks.
