Charming 80 m2 flat in a traditional wooden chalet comprising 2 flats with separate entrance, large balcony, south-facing, lovely views of the mountains and village, located just a few minutes from the centre and 2 minutes from the free shuttle bus.

This 80 m² apartment, available to rent both in winter and summer, is located in a traditional wooden chalet built over three levels. Designed with families in mind, the chalet can accommodate 7 guests in this apartment and up to 14 guests when combined with the second unit. Each apartment has its own private entrance, ensuring independence and tranquillity for all.

The south-facing balcony-terrace offers an open, uninterrupted view of the mountains and the village. The chalet is surrounded by a garden, allowing guests to make the most of the outdoors: snowball fights and winter fun for children, or outdoor meals and relaxing moments in the summer. The living area opens directly onto the balcony-terrace and includes a TV lounge, three bedrooms — two double rooms and one with three single beds — a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a shower room, a laundry room, two separate toilets and a ski storage room. The apartment is regularly updated and features high-speed Wi-Fi as well as all the essential appliances for a comfortable stay. Parking is easy in the private driveway leading to the chalet.

Located in the peaceful and sought-after Serveray neighbourhood, the apartment enjoys an ideal setting close to many mountain activities: alpine skiing, ski touring, mountain biking, climbing and rafting. Just three minutes away, the Aquacîme complex offers a full wellness area with spa, fitness facilities and a heated outdoor pool. The village centre is a six-minute walk away and includes shops, a pharmacy, a medical centre, small grocery stores, a cinema and an ice rink. A skibus stop is located just two minutes from the chalet; the free shuttle takes you to the ski lifts in about eight minutes, with direct access to Flaine via the fast Tête des Saix chairlift, as well as to the Samoëns and Morillon ski areas.
