Beautiful independent house of 95m² arranged on 2 levels, located next to the owners' house. Independent access and parking. Capacity up to 6 people (on request and with supplement for the 6th person).
Equipped kitchen open to the living room (dining table, corner sofa, television, pellet/pellet stove), access to the terrace, separate toilet, bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm, bathroom with shower).
Duplex: large sleeping area upstairs with 2 140x190cm beds separated by the bathroom (shower, small basin) and separate toilet, television, sofa.
Private terrace on the side of the house with garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol, barbecue. Garden / common ground on the back. Private parking in the courtyard.
The owners have access to the garage at the back of the house (only storage of bicycles and storage).
Wifi internet access. Sheets, towels and end of stay cleaning included. Heating by electric radiators and/or pellet stove.
Center of the village of Chevenoz 1.5 km away with Colombus bus shuttle stop allowing you to reach the resorts of the Vallée d'Abondance in season. Supermarket with bakery in Vinzier (5.5km). Skiing: Bernex resort 7km away, Portes du Soleil ski area with Abondance 11km, Chatel 22km.
