In centre of Samoëns, in one of the old village residences (1660), house comprising 5 gîtes et owner's home. Cosy, comfortable gîte at garden level: fitted kitchen (microwave), large separate lounge (LCD TV + DVD, sofa bed), bathroom, shower room, 2 WCs, bedroom 1 (160x200cm bed), bedroom 2 (three 90x200cm beds), bedroom 3 (two 90x200cm beds). 500 sq. m. grounds, garden furniture, tumble-drier. Samoëns-Le Grand Massif (cable-car 700m), 5 linked ski resorts. Cross-country skiing 400m. Free shuttle nearby (during French school holidays). Botanic gardens 300m. Smoking not permitted within gîte.
