Gîte (60m²) in a lovely warm atmosphere, on the garden level (single storey) of a large house also including the owners' home. View of Lake Geneva, quiet area. Capacity 4 to 6 people (supplement from the 5th person).
Independent entrance and access.
Entrance hall, living room with sofa (convertible type rapido sleeping 160cm), television, armchair. Kitchen equipped with dining table, access to the private terrace.
2 bedrooms: bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm, office bedroom 2 (2 twin 80x200cm beds allowing to create 1 double bed on request, lake view).
Small bathroom (shower, basin), separate toilet.
Wifi internet access. Sheets, bed linen and towels provided. End of stay cleaning optional. Washer dryer in the kitchen.
Private terrace (north-west on the lake side) in front of the gîte offering a view of Lake Geneva, Switzerland and the Jura mountains, garden furniture, barbecue. Land / garden. Parking in the property.
Center of the village at 700m (all shops: bakery, pharmacy, restaurant, florist, small casino ...), Supermarket in Vinzier (5km). Ski: Bernex resort 6km away, Thollon-les-Mémises 7km, resorts in the Portes du Soleil area: Abondance 20km, Châtel 30km. Lac de la Beunaz (swimming, leisure center) at 3.5km, Lake Geneva, Evian-les-Bains with thermal baths, beaches, swimming pool at 8km.
