Independent 40m² cottage located on the sunny hillside overlooking the Giffre Valley, below the owners' chalet.
Access to the cottage is via an external staircase from the parking area (the cottage is on level -1 relative to the parking area).
The accommodation is all on one level and comprises the following:
- Living room/sleeping area semi-open to the kitchen (large TV, sofa bed with a very comfortable 160x200cm bed).
- Fully equipped kitchen semi-open to the living room/sleeping area (dining table, pull-out bed with a 140x200cm bed).
- Shower room, separate WC.
- Laundry/utility room.
Everything is included: bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning. Wi-Fi internet access.
For your comfort, the cottage is equipped with silent electric blinds on the windows. Underfloor heating.
Terrace with furniture (table and chairs).
Private parking space. Bicycle storage.
Grand Massif ski area 3.8 km away via the Morillon gondola: the area includes the interconnected resorts of Morillon, Samoëns, Flaine, Les Carroz, and Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval (265 km of slopes).
