Beautiful mountain atmosphere for this 52m² gîte with separate entrance on the ground floor of a renovated traditional farmhouse including the owners' accommodation upstairs and a family joint ownership. Entrance hall, fitted kitchen open to living room (Z bench, television, dining table), access by bay window to the large terrace offering a panoramic view of the village of Manigod and the surrounding mountains. 2 bedrooms: bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm, bathroom), bedroom 2 (spacious one-eyed bedroom with 2 twin 80x200cm beds, shower area + basin), separate toilet. Linens, sheets and towels provided. Internet by Wifi. Washing machine in the bathroom. Terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs. Private car park. Closed ski / bicycle room. Activities: Skiing (La Croix Fry-Merdassier linked to the La Clusaz area) 9.5km, free shuttle stop in the village center 3km away (only in winter for access to Croix Fry, Merdassier, La Clusaz). Thones (all shops, activities) 8km. Lake Annecy, beaches 22km, Annecy 28km. Many summer and winter hiking trails departing from the chalet. Stay 3 weeks -10%.
