Its living area is 10m2 ground floor + the upstairs mezzanine bedroom (attic). Quiet environment, grounds, and private south-facing terrace facing the mountains (Mont-Blanc massif).
On the ground floor: integrated kitchen area with bar table, bathroom (shower and toilet).
Upstairs (access by miller's staircase): mezzanine bedroom (attic), with a 140x190cm bed, TV (maximum ceiling height: 1.25m).
Floor heating. Wifi internet. Free parking in the courtyard. For your comfort, everything is included: sheets (bed made), towels and end-of-stay cleaning.
