Le Petit Cocon du Médonnet

This 57m² (614 sq ft) cottage is located on the ground floor of a renovated farmhouse, which also includes the owner's adjoining accommodation.
Thanks to its prime location, the cottage is an ideal base for exploring the Mont Blanc region.
The cottage has its own private entrance and features a living area with an open-plan kitchen/dining/lounge area (dining space, lounge area with TV and sofa. Please note: there is a decorative wood-burning stove).
There is also a bedroom (one 160x200cm bed), a bathroom (with bathtub), a separate toilet, and a laundry area.
Bed linen is included (beds made upon arrival). Underfloor heating is provided. Wi-Fi is available, but the connection speed is not guaranteed in the area.
There is a private terrace in front of the cottage with a table and chairs, parasol, sun loungers, and an electric barbecue.
Parking is available on-site for your vehicle (you can unload in front of the cottage).
